Printing turnaround time starts when your order is submitted and approved. Please note that if your artwork or design files fail to meet our file requirements, your job status will be changed to "Need Artwork" and your printing turn around time will be reset. All jobs submitted into production before midnight will begin production the following business day. As an example, if a 3 day turn around for a job is submitted, approved, and sent to press on a Monday before Midnight, Day 1 of turn around time is Tuesday and the job would be shipped on Thursday, Day 3 of turn around time.</span></div> <div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><b><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Refund Policy</span></b></div> <div style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">All sales Are Final. No refund will be issued after the job is “sent to press”. A service fee of $15 will be charged for any canceled orders once the artwork has been uploaded to the site. Customer must notify printwithus.com within 1 business day of order acceptance to report any defects discovered in the ordered product. 100% of the product must be returned to printwithus.com within 5 days from the day the job was delivered.
